The Scotsman MC1448SW-32 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head has a stainless steel finish to resist corrosion and rust. To clean the unit, users just have to push a button, and WaterSense purge controls illuminate impurities from the ice to keep it fresh and tasty. Employees can access all the key components of this unit from the front panel, while AutoAlert™ lights inform them of all the current settings and the status during operation.

To inhibit germ growth on the exterior surface, the Scotsman MC1448SW-32 half-cube ice machine head is coated with AgION™ antimicrobial. It doesn't come with a bin or a dispenser, but when one is attached, harvest assist technology guides ice through the unit and into the bin for retrieval. This unit makes as much as 1,444 pounds of ice per day, and when conditions aren't ideal, it can still produce close to 1,340 pounds of ice.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
