The Scotsman MC1448SR-32 Prodigy ELITE® half-cube ice machine head has a one-touch cleaning feature that enables employees to focus on other jobs in the kitchen. To provide clean and fresh ice, it has adjustable WaterSense purge controls that remove debris and impurities. This unit's exterior is finished with stainless steel—a durable material that withstands corrosion and rust. Key components are accessed on the front panel, which has AutoAlert™ indicator lights to provide system updates.

Equipped with harvest assist, the Scotsman MC1448SR-32 ice maker head guides ice into an installed bin or dispenser for use. It produces a maximum 1,357 pounds of ice daily, and depending on the conditions of the room it's installed in, this amount could be significantly less. AgION™ antimicrobial coats the exterior surface to inhibit the growth of bacteria. To view warranty information, users can scan the unit's QR code with their phone.
