The Scotsman MC0830MR-32 Prodigy ELITE® ice machine head has a one-touch cleaning feature that minimizes the need for constant monitoring and maintenance. It has a self-contained, remote-cooled condensing unit and can make 870 pounds of full-size cubed ice per day. Its sleek stainless steel matches most other equipment, and the operating status is always displayed with the AutoAlert™ indicator lights to notify the user when maintenance is needed. A QR code is located on the front panel, which connects the user to warranty history and service information. This ice machine head creates clean, clear ice by reducing scale buildup with its WaterSense purge control.

Minimizing exterior moisture and condensation, an air filter is located at the front of the Scotsman MC0830MR-32 ice maker, while the front self-aligning panel gives users quick access for maintenance. Ice is moved to the bin with its Harvest Assist technology, and to reduce operator responsibilities, it’s self-monitored. Keeping ice sanitary, antimicrobial protection is built into the unit to slow the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria between cleanings. In total, this machine has a 30-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep footprint to support a variety of kitchen environments.
