Hatco S-6 Description
The Hatco S-6 Imperial booster water heater enables commercial kitchens to augment their dishwashing cycle, heating water to the proper 180-degree-Fahrenheit threshold to kill bacteria and other contaminants. This unit has an hourly recovery rate of 60 gallons at a 40-degree-Fahrenheit rise, and 34 gallons at a 70-degree-Fahrenheit rise, which is on the slower end of the spectrum. A powder-coated hammertone finish increases unit durability, while the stainless steel front panel opens for interior component access.
The tank of this Hatco S-6 water heater is lined with Castone®, a cement-like material that resists corrosion and combats scale buildup. It is insulated with fiberglass and the piping is fitted with a heat trap to seal heat inside the tank, saving on energy costs. This unit is factory pre-wired and pre-plumbed, reducing the work required for setup.
