Hatco C-57 Description
The Hatco C-57 heats high volumes of water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, sanitizing dishes in a high-temperature commercial dishwasher. For strength and scratch resistance, the unit is built with a stainless steel front panel and powder-coated, hammertone body. Simplifying service calls, the front panel swings open to give service technicians access to electrical components. To lift the unit up for air circulation, 6-inch legs are mounted on the bottom.
Built for safety, the Hatco C-57 booster heater includes a high-limit switch that shuts the unit off if it begins to overheat and a low-water switch that protects the element from burnout if the water level is low. The water tank is lined with Castone®—a concrete-like substance that resists limescale buildup and corrosion. To retain heat, the exterior of the tank is insulated with fiberglass.
