Hatco C-36 Description
This Hatco C-36 compact booster heater is designed to heat water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for sanitizing cycles in dishmachines. If 206 gallons are used per hour, this model can provide a 70-degree-Fahrenheit rise, and if 361 gallons are used, it provides a 40-degree-Fahrenheit rise. Operators can turn this unit on and off with a switch, and an indicator light shines when it is operating. Pre-plumbed and pre-wired with a calibrated thermostat, this heater has a high-temperature limit control to prevent overheating and a low-water cut-off to prevent element burnout by shutting off the power if the water level is too low.
If the booster heater needs to be serviced, the operator can access the components behind the swing-away front panel. This panel is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, and the rest of the body is powder coated for corrosion resistance. Fiberglass insulation in the heater prevents heat from leaking out. Compact and electric, this Hatco C-36 booster water heater can be placed beside a dishwasher on its 6-inch legs or under a dishtable with separately-sold slide brackets.
