Hatco C-36 Description
The Hatco C-36 compact booster heater raises the temperature of rinse water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to sanitize dishes and flatware. At 361 gallons of water per hour, the unit provides a 70-degree-Fahrenehit rise, and at 206 gallons of water per hour, it provides a 70-degree-Fahrenehit rise. The cement-lined tank has a 6-gallon storage capacity, resists corrosion, and reduces limescale buildup. To prevent heat from leaking out, fiberglass insulation is integrated into the booster heater.
The Hatco C-36 booster heater has a high-limit temperature control, safety features that protect the unit from damage, and a low-water cut-off that prevents heating element burnout by shutting off the elements if the water level is too low. Made of stainless steel, this panel resists rusting and facilitates the cleaning process. The rest of the body is powder coated for corrosion resistance and strength. Because of its compact design, the booster heater can be installed beside a warewasher, and plastic legs elevate it off the floor.
