Delfield D4448NP-18M Description
Designed for flexibility in sandwich and salad prep, the Delfield D4448NP-18M mega top prep table features a 48-inch-wide stainless steel work surface and 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board. This two-section unit includes four drawers and comes equipped with 18 sixth-size plastic pans and positive placement adapter bars. The stainless steel front, top, and sides are paired with a durable ABS interior liner to withstand commercial use, while the patented air screen system helps keep contents cold without drying them out.
The Delfield D4448NP-18M prep table features front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a rear condenser design that supports tight installations. A single epoxy-coated shelf provides added cold storage in the base, and 5-inch casters enable smooth maneuvering. Dual-level pan brackets offer tool-free depth adjustments, while the ACT solid-state digital control maintains consistent temperatures. High-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation enhances cold air retention throughout the unit.
