This BUNN ICB SH-DV coffee brewer (51100.0103) is intended to dispense coffee into a BUNN Soft Heat® server, making it ideal for self-service coffee stations or for instances when coffee doesn't need to be served immediately after being brewed. Its Infusion Series technology features three brew buttons and three batch sizes to diversify the types and amounts of coffee it can brew. Its Peak Extraction™ spray head has a 17-hole structure that sprays in multiple directions at once, coating coffee grounds evenly. Preinfusion and pulse brew mechanisms maximize flavor extraction, and an electronic funnel lock prevents brew funnel removal until the drip-through process is complete, reducing waste. This machine can brew (82) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour.

For improved user control, BUNN ICB SH-DV coffee brewer (51100.0103) has a digital readout with a front panel that provides machine status, a brew counter, and digital temperature control. The readout can be programmed to display information in English, Spanish, or French and in metric or imperial measurements. During slow periods, the unit will reduce its tank temperature automatically to save energy. This 11⁴/₅-inch-wide by 23¹/₅-inch-deep by 32⁴/₅-inch-high structure can be installed on a countertop, and its stainless steel construction resists corrosion, rust, and daily use in high-traffic businesses. Its trunk and corners are rounded, creating a modern, sleek appearance that can be displayed in front-of-house applications.
