Bunn ICB SH Automatic Coffee Brewer for Soft Heat® Thermal Servers, 120-240v/1ph (51100.0100)

Though it can generate three coffee batch sizes, the BUNN ICB SH Soft Heat® automatic coffee brewer (51100.0100) has a space-saving countertop design, measuring 11⁴/₅ inches wide by 23¹/₅ inches deep by 32⁴/₅ inches high. This machine brews directly into BUNN's Soft Heat servers to preserve hot coffee temperatures for hours. To endure commercial applications, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its black accents and rounded edges create a modern look that's compatible with use in back-of-house or front-of-house applications. This unit is mounted on 4-inch satin nickel legs, elevating the brewer so operators can clean beneath it.

The BUNN ICB SH coffee brewer (51100.0100) has an Infusion Series system that includes six brew buttons and three back sizes to brew multiple recipes. Its Peak Extraction™ spray head has a 17-hole design to spray grounds from various directions for uniform extraction. This machine also uses preinfusion and pulse brew mechanisms to maximize flavor extraction. A digital readout on its front panel can be programmed to display in English, Spanish, or French and imperial or metric measurements; the readout notifies operators of machine status and the number of batches brewed. Operators can use the readout to raise or lower temperatures, depending on the type of coffee they plan to brew. When the unit is idle, it decreases tank temperature automatically to save energy.
