APW Wyott GGM-36S Description
The APW GGM-36S countertop griddle operates using 60,000 BTUs and a standing pilot light. In case of emergency, a shut-off valve shuts off gas to the unit to prevent damage. Each of its three sections are powered with a U-shaped burner that's individually controlled to cook multiple foods at once, and for even heating, the polished steel plate is 3⁄4 inches thick and recovers lost temperatures quickly for back-to-back use. Because the plate is smooth, it can be wiped down to facilitate cleaning.
For countertop use, the APW GGM-36S gas griddle measures 36 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 15 1⁄2 inches high. Sediment and crumbs are captured in a grease trough and led into a collection drawer to streamline cleaning and keep the surroundings tidy. Equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be stabilized on uneven countertops, and its cooking surface measures 36 inches wide by 19 1⁄2 inches deep.
