APW Wyott GGM-36S Description
To heat evenly and recover lost temperatures with ease, the APW GGM-36S gas griddle's plate is 3⁄4 inches thick. It's made of smooth polished steel that's simple to wipe clean and is durable for heavy-duty use. The front and top skirt of the unit are stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion, while the sides and back panel are strong aluminized steel. To provide a small footprint, this countertop unit measures 36 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 15 1⁄2 inches high.
The APW GGM-36S countertop griddle sits on adjustable 4-inch legs that enable positioning on uneven surfaces. A trough leads grease and crumbs into a grease collection drawer to keep them off the countertop and facilitate cleaning. Operated with a standing pilot, this unit includes a shut-off valve that disconnects the gas in an emergency. With three U-shaped burners, it features three cooking zones to cook multiple foods at once.
