SLOWEST TOASTER AROUND
We use this toaster in a busy bagel shop and, boy....I've never seen a toaster this slow. Super frustrating.

Description did say the plug type for the 240, the 120 plug type is listed. I had to pay $70 to ship them back to Katom and then a restocking fee but I never got confirmation they received them even though UPS confirmed they were returned. I needed to exchange the 240s for 120s

Using at a concession stand at a high school does fit 150 hot dogs at once takes around 30 min to cook

purchased for concessions. works but is not as smooth pumping as thought. lid does not fit securely so you have to put a concentrated effort into how to dispense the nacho cheese. :( would not recommend for any serious cheesers.

A fire hazard!
We use this product to keep food warm before we send it out to our customers. When it first arrived it wouldn't turn on. Had Service Solutions out a few days later who discovered the wires were connected incorrectly from the factory and one of the indicator lights didn't work. They ordered a new light and fixed the wiring. It worked great for just over a month then it started smoking and sounded like an electrical short was occurring so I unplugged it, took it apart, and found that one of the wires had completely burned up. I ended up replacing the wire and it worked again for another month or so until the same thing happened to the other side which actually melted the switch. Now I'm waiting again for Service Solutions to come out and hopefully fix it. This heat lamp is more of a fire hazard than anything!

Can't judge a book by its size.
Because of fire dept changes had to cut from a 36" griddle to this 18". Did not thing we could keep up, this griddle did a great job for use.

Happy in Indiana
I am a fiber artist and bought this hot plate to "cook" dyes. It's working really well because I am able to use it outside during good weather and keep fumes out of the house! It's very portable, heats up fast enough for my purposes and is very heavy duty. I'm happy.

boils 3 gal of water in 35 min. perfect for using with generator when the power goes out. we love our home made chicken noodle soup during cold months and now we sleep with peace of mind. runs on ac power, home stove is dc power. plus it is made in the USA.
