With a 132-inch-long work surface, the Advance Tabco KSS-3611 work table offers extended space for high-volume prep applications. Its top is made of 14-gauge, 304-series stainless steel polished to a satin finish and sound deadened to minimize vibration and noise. A 5-inch backsplash with a 1-inch return is integrated along the back edge to contain spills and prevent items from falling off the rear. The front features a 1 5⁄8-inch sanitary rolled rim, and the sides are squared at 1 5⁄8 inches to align seamlessly with adjacent equipment.

Galvanized hat channels reinforce the top of the Advance Tabco KSS-3611 work table, which is further supported by weld studs and structural adhesive to resist deflection. The adjustable undershelf is made of 18-gauge stainless steel and attaches to the 1 5⁄8-inch-diameter stainless steel legs using aluminum die-cast clamps that leave no visible bolts. To strengthen the frame, TIG-welded gussets are positioned at each leg junction. Pre-welded angle adapters simplify drawer installation, and 1-inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet stabilize the unit on uneven floors.
