Reinforced with three galvanized hat channels, the Advance Tabco KSS-3610 work table maintains a level prep surface across its 120-inch length. These structural channels are bonded underneath the 14-gauge, 304-series stainless steel top with weld studs and industrial adhesive. A satin-polished finish helps streamline cleanup, while sound-deadening components reduce noise during operation. For containment, a 5-inch backsplash with a 1-inch return borders the rear, and the front includes a 1 5⁄8-inch sanitary rolled rim. The square side edges measure 1 5⁄8 inches for alignment with other surfaces.

Fitted with an 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf, the Advance Tabco KSS-3610 work table provides additional storage below the workspace. The shelf adjusts vertically and attaches to the 1 5⁄8-inch-diameter stainless steel legs with die-cast aluminum clamps that avoid exposed fasteners. Stainless steel gussets are TIG welded to each leg joint for support, and pre-welded angle adapters allow drawers to be added in the future. Each leg is stabilized with a 1-inch adjustable stainless steel bullet foot to compensate for uneven flooring.
