Lodge bakeware is made of cast iron, which is resistant to warping and denting with proper care and is a great choice for baked goods because the material heats slowly and evenly to help products achieve a desirable texture and shape. Lodge cast iron loaf pans are especially good at creating loaves with a crispy crust. Bake classic rectangular loaves or choose from wedge-shaped or decorative Lodge cast iron bread pans. Wedge-shaped pans are great for cornbread, scones, and individual pies. For full-size pies, Lodge offers a few options for cast iron pie pans. Cornstick pans are used to bake cornsticks and breadsticks.

Lodge cast iron baking pans made for pizzas can create perfectly crispy pizza crusts. These handled pans are round and flat to help users consistently create crusts with an attractive shape. Casserole pans and server pans are typically used to bake casseroles, focaccia, and cakes. These pans are available in a variety of sizes, typically rectangular in shape. Like other Lodge bakeware products, some models include silicone handle grips, and others require a separate purchase of silicone grips to protect users' hands. In order to maintain their long lifespan, all Lodge bakeware must be hand washed and re-seasoned, just like other cast iron products.
