MoTak MRPP-1 Description
The MoTak MRPP-1 pizza prep table is built to simplify assembly with a 19 1⁄2-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board that provides ample space for stretching dough, slicing toppings, and arranging pies. Its insulated hinged lid helps keep ingredients fresh throughout service, while the stainless steel exterior offers durability against the demands of a busy kitchen.
Equipped with reliable cooling, this MoTak MRPP-1 pizza prep table uses a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system charged with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A digital controller with LED display enables operators to set precise temperatures, while the recessed handle provides a comfortable grip. Four pre-installed casters, two of them locking, make it simple to roll or secure the unit as needed.
