MoTak MPR-49-X Description
With a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the MoTak MPR-49-X pizza prep table eliminates heat from the cabinet using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operators can adjust these levels with an electronic control system, and to facilitate cleaning and maintenance, the condenser coil is accessible for routine tasks. This unit includes one heavy-duty, adjustable cabinet shelf as well as six food pans, and its single door is self-closing with a 90-degree stay-open feature.
Durable and rust resistant, the exterior of the MoTak MPR-49-X MoTak MPR-49-X refrigerated prep table is constructed of stainless steel. It has an aluminum interior and back for corrosion resistance and is equipped with 4-inch swivel casters for mobility. Measuring 49.88 inches wide by 31.5 inches deep by 38.38 inches high overall, this unit is a single-section model.
