MoTak MPR-49-A Description
The MoTak MPR-49-A pizza prep table maintains ingredients at safe holding temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit while organizing toppings for assembly. Six third-size pans are included to keep commonly used items within reach, and a polyethylene cutting board provides a dedicated workspace for pizza preparation. An electronic control system enables operators to adjust and monitor cabinet conditions, while the self-closing door supports temperature retention and remains open past 90 degrees for product loading. The aluminum interior and adjustable shelf accommodate stored ingredients and supplies.
Built with a stainless steel exterior, the MoTak MPR-49-A pizza prep table supports use in demanding kitchen environments and resists corrosion. Its self-contained refrigeration system is bottom mounted and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent cooling performance. The unit is equipped with 4-inch swivel-plate casters with brakes to support positioning and stability.
