To support bulk cooking, the MoTak MCO-1-DBL double full-size convertible convection oven features two decks—each with five heavy-duty chrome-plated racks. The racks can be adjusted on the 10-position rack guide, which features 1¹⁄₂-inch spacings. Operators can adjust each deck's temperature from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with the corresponding manual temperature knob, while a temperature-ready indicator light glows when the oven is preheated. A 60-minute continuous-ring timer notifies the operator when foods are finished cooking to reduce the risk of under or overdone products, and for even air circulation, it's built with a forced-air, two-speed fan motor.

The MoTak MCO-1-DBL convertible convection oven boasts a porcelain enamel interior that can be quickly wiped down, reducing bacteria and food buildup. The doors' double-pane thermal glass windows enable operators to view food while the doors are closed to ensure proper cooking with minimal heat loss. When the doors are opened, an interlock switch automatically shuts off the fans and burners for user safety. This 38-inch-wide by 40.3-inch-deep by 67.9-inch-tall unit is built with corrosion-, dent-, and wear-resistant stainless steel sides, front, top, and legs, while its casters facilitate smooth mobility for cleaning or maintenance.
