Designed for versatility, the MoTak MCO-2-DBL convection oven operates on natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit. Electronic spark ignition provides quick startup, and a two-speed fan motor ensures even baking. A 60-minute timer helps monitor cook times. The porcelain enamel interior simplifies cleaning, and double-pane glass doors retain heat for efficiency.
