MoTak MCO-1-SGL Description
Great for baking bread, cookies, muffins, quiche, and more, the MoTak MCO1 convection oven features a forced-air, two-speed fan that evenly distributes heat throughout the baking cavity to minimize hot and cold spots. Operators can adjust its temperature from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with the manual temperature knob, and when the unit is preheated, a temperature-ready indicator light glows. The 60-minute continuous-ring timer alerts staff when baking is complete. The two doors' double-pane thermal glass windows retain heat and provide an interior view so staff can monitor browning. When the doors are opened, the corresponding interlock switch automatically turns off the fan and burners for user safety.
The MoTak MCO1 single-deck, full-size convection oven's interior measures 28 1⁄2 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 inches tall and boasts a seamless, simple-to-clean porcelain enamel lining. Its 10-position guide rack features 1 1⁄2-inch spacing so the five heavy-duty chrome-plated racks can be adjusted as needed. This 38-inch-wide by 40.3-inch-deep by 61.5-inch-tall unit features angular 32-inch legs to elevate the unit. For corrosion-resistant durability, the front, sides, top, and legs are made of rigid stainless steel, and to maximize output by supporting a second unit, it comes with a stacking kit.

This is an amazing oven. We may need another one soon.
Our pizza oven went down on us. We needed a new one ASAP. Reno was super helpful in getting one to us in short order. Sales have been so good, we may need another oven soon. Thanks for the top notch service and top of the line equipment for a reasonable price.
This has been a great addition to my commercial kitchen.
We do all our baking of pastries plus roasting vegetables etc. much faster and cooler than our commercial stove oven. The convection has upped our game.
I would buy this oven again, again, and again!
We had an old Southbend BGS/12SC Full Size Gas Convection Oven - NG, this is just like it. the old Southbend both doors opened at the same time, it let out too much heat. this unit, the doors open one at a time, great for our purpose at the restaurant. every setting basically the same, low learning curve. Puts out little heat, does the job! Don't forget, this is very, very heavy, 600 lbs! Therefore, very sturdy! It's a Trojan workhorse! After setup, turned on and started working right away, no problems.
