MoTak MR6-G24-C-S Description
MoTak MR6-G24-C-S gas range with griddle features a convertible gas configuration for natural gas or liquid propane installation. Delivering 210,000 BTU, it supports high-volume cooking in restaurants. Two 30,000 BTU cast iron burners with removable grates accommodate stock pots and pans, while a right-side griddle expands cooking options for grilling and searing. This unit is mounted on casters to help ease maneuvering around the kitchen, such as when cleaning underneath is required.
Stainless steel construction enhances durability in busy kitchens. A full-size 30,000 BTU standard oven features thermostatic controls ranging from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit for precise baking and roasting. The MoTak MR6-G24-C-S gas range with griddle includes four adjustable racks, a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning, and a 24-3⁄4-inch back riser with a built-in shelf for added storage.
