Black Diamond BDGR-3624G Description
The top section of the Black Diamond BDGR-3624G commercial gas range has two open burners for cooking with pots and pans and a 24-inch griddle plate. This plate is 3⁄4 of an inch thick, so it isn't quite as durable as 1-inch-thick plates, yet it's more economical and heats up faster. The unit's open burners are made of cast iron and have separate heat control knobs; 12-inch by 12-inch grates sit above these burners and are removable for cleaning access.
Standard ovens in the base of this Black Diamond BDGR-3624G two-burner gas range with griddle provide a place to bake and finish products. They're heated from the bottom and don't have fans that can circulate heat quicker. Each oven has an adjustable thermostat and two removable racks. The oven interiors have porcelain liners to prevent corrosion and food sticking.
