The MoTak MR10-C-S (3) 60-inch commercial gas range is built for restaurant kitchens, featuring (10) 30,000 BTU cast iron burners. Each burner is equipped with a lift-off head, individual pilot light, and an adjustable flame control knob for precise heat management. Heavy-duty 12-inch by 12-inch removable cast iron grates support cookware and can be lifted for cleaning. A removable crumb tray beneath the burners catches grease and debris. The unit is made of a durable steel frame with a stainless steel front and a 24³/₄-inch-high backriser with a built-in shelf for additional storage.

Two full-size ovens are built into the base of the MoTak MR10-C-S (3) gas range, each powered by a 30,000 BTU burner. The thermostatic controls adjust from 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for baking, roasting, and broiling. Each oven includes two adjustable racks that accommodate full-size sheet pans. The doors are fitted with a compression spring system for smooth operation, and the handles remain cool to the touch for user safety. A porcelain oven liner simplifies cleaning, while the built-in flame failure safety device shuts off gas flow if the pilot light goes out. This 60-inch-wide unit includes six casters for mobility around a kitchen workspace. It's factory set for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit.
