Hobart 84186-5 Description
To protect the unit's inner components, the Hobart 84186-5 food processor has sturdy aluminum housing. It's made from one piece to facilitate cleaning, and it has no openings that can harbor food particles. The rust-resistant stainless steel bowl turns at 20 RPM and has a 15-pound capacity to hold ingredients. With the bowl cover and a safety interlock, users are protected from injury because they can't place their hands inside the unit.
The Hobart 84186-5 buffalo chopper food processor is positioned on 3-inch legs with rubber feet to hold it in place on the countertop. To cut food, the double knives are made of stainless steel, and they operate at 1,725 RPM. A pull/push switch turns the unit on to begin operation and off at the end of the night.
