Hobart 84186-16 Description
To ensure durability and streamline cleaning, the Hobart 84186-16 food chopper features a one-piece burnished aluminum housing. Its 18-inch-diameter bowl and 3-inch legs are constructed of rugged stainless steel that resists rust, scratching, and bending. The bowl, bowl cover, and knives all can be removed without tools to facilitate service and thorough cleaning.
This Hobart 84186-16 meat processor turns on and off with a simple pull/push switch. To reduce the risk of injury during use, its bowl cover is designed with a safety interlock. The unit's legs are fitted with rubber feet to prevent it from sliding around the countertop during use.
