Hobart 84186-4 Description
The Hobart 84186-4 one-speed food processor holds 15 pounds of ingredients in its rust-resistant stainless steel bowl. The bowl operates at 20 RPM, and the double stainless steel knives operate at 1,725 RPM. To reduce the risk of injury, the bowl has a cover and a safety interlock that prevent users from sticking their hands into the bowl while it's being operated. It sits on rubber feet that stabilize it on the countertop so it doesn't slide around.
The power switch on the Hobart 84186-4 buffalo chopper food processor can be pulled or pushed to turn the unit on and off. Housing protects the interior components from water damage and exposure to cleaning chemicals, and it's made of durable aluminum. Constructed from one piece, the unit can be wiped down after use.
