This Follett MCD425AHT Maestro Plus™ ice machine head produces as much as 425 pounds of Chewblet® ice—chewable, slow-melting nugget ice—in 24 hours. Good for soft drinks, Chewblet ice maintains beverage temperature without watering down drink flavor. It dispenses easily due to its small size, and its production isn’t loud. The air-cooled unit requires a Harmony™ kit to fit on top of a Follett ice and beverage dispenser. With a compact design, it is 22.70 inches wide by 24.25 inches deep by 21.25 inches high, and it fits on top of a 22-inch-wide dispenser.

To maintain good-tasting ice, the Follett MCD425AHT ice maker head automatically self-flushes impurities that can affect taste and odor. Other components require little maintenance, such as the oversized tapered roller bearing, which is heavy duty to ensure high-volume, long-term use with minimal operator-based requirements. Its evaporator, auger, and top bearing are also made of stainless steel to withstand frequent use. For operational statuses, users can check the LED control board.
