Globe SG213A Description
The Globe SG213A S2-series premium meat and cheese slicer features automatic, belt-driven operation for powerful, even slicing. Supporting safe cleaning and service checks, it integrates a lift lever, no-volt-release, and automatic shutoff. Its gravity feed guides product across the removable, interlocking carriage and toward the 13-inch carbon steel knife, while four speed settings and three stroke settings adjust movement to accommodate different items.
Built with anodized aluminum construction, the Globe SG213A slicer's 28 3⁄8-inch-wide by 23 3⁄10-inch-deep by 24 4⁄5-inch-high structure handles products up to 7 1⁄2 inches in diameter and yields slices up to 5⁄8 inch thick. A top-mounted sharpener with synthetic diamond surfaces maintains the blade edge, while the LCD interface provides site diagnostics and system counters alongside a 4-hour cleaning notification.
