The Globe GHP24G gas hot plate has four high-performance burners that ignite with adjustable pilots and can be controlled with metal knobs. Cast-iron burners and grates support heavy use, and a cool-to-the-touch front edge separates operators from the surface. The Globe GHP24G gas hot plate has a removable catch tray that contains food particles.
