Vollrath HPG4-24 Description
The Vollrath HPG4-24 countertop manual gas commercial hotplate is made to maximize limited kitchen space. Its front piece is designed to remain cool to protect the user from burns, while the metal manual control knobs feature a durable design for a long service life. The hotplate has four burners and cast iron grates for heat retention, while the full unit measures 24 inches wide by 273/8 inches deep by 131/4 inches high.
The Vollrath HPG4-24 countertop manual gas hotplate’s exterior is made of stainless and aluminized steel and sits on four heavy-duty legs that can be adjusted between 4 and 51/2 inches tall. It has a stainless steel drip pan to catch excess grease and uses natural gas through the 3/4 NPT gas inlet. It comes with a conversion kit to switch to liquid propane use as needed. Meant for intense yet efficient cooking, it outputs a total of 104,000 BTUs.
