Globe CM22 Description
Suitable for high-volume grinding, the Globe CM22 Chefmate™ meat chopper processes up to 450 pounds of meat per hour. Constructed of stainless steel, the housing, cylinder, worm gear, and adjusting ring provide durability and resistance to corrosion. Its head size accommodates large batches, while a manual reset motor overload protection feature prevents overheating during operation. This unit includes a knife, product tray, 1⁄4-inch plate, 5⁄16-inch plate, stuffing tube, and polycarbonate pusher. Designed specifically for beef, pork, and venison, it's not intended for grinding poultry, cheese, or vegetables.
