The self-contained refrigeration of the True TGM-R-77-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery case maintains cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The capillary system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to retain ideal conditions, and for additional backup, the interior of the cabinet is foamed in with polyurethane insulation. The condenser features reverse-configured fan motors that remove excess dust or debris, and it can also be removed for maintenance and cleaning. Because the evaporator is epoxy coated, it maintains ideal operating conditions by reducing the process of rust or corrosion. So this unit remains level on sloped or even floor surfaces, its frame is constructed with leveling legs.
Overall, the True TGM-R-77-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery display case measures 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high with three tiers of six total adjustable wire shelves; there are four total display tiers.
