Ideal for cold storage in bakeries, cafes, or delis, the True TGM-R-77-SC/SC-S-W full-service bakery case ships with six PVC-coated wire shelves that can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans and (12) 12-inch by 18-inch pans to display items. This 77 1⁄4-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 49 1⁄8-inch-high refrigeration unit features a fixed curved front viewing glass and interior LED lighting intended to maximizing marketing toward customers. So users can access the inside of the cabinet, It's fitted with dual rear-sliding glass doors supplied with 12-inch recessed handles. Its heavy-duty frame features leg levelers to remain stable even on unlevel floor surfaces.
To keep items at safe serving temperatures, the True TGM-R-77-SC/SC-S-W bakery case's cabinet maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a self-contained refrigeration system to ease installation, and the capillary system produces R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The condenser's fan motors have a reversible configuration that expels excess debris or dust, maintaining prime conditions for streamlined operation. Additionally, the evaporator is epoxy coated to enhance corrosion resistance; alternatively, it's foamed in polyurethane insulation also aids in temperature retention.
