The self-contained refrigeration system inside the True TGM-R-77-SC/SC-B-W full-service bakery case maintains cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The capillary system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for consistent chilling, and because it has zero ozone depletion and 3 global warming potential, it supports environment friendly operation. The condenser maintains ideal conditions as its fan motor can be reversed during the defrost cycle to remove excess dust or debris, and the evaporator is epoxy coated for corrosion resistance. The condenser is simple to remove to ease cleaning or maintenance needs, and to remain level on most floor surfaces, this heavy-duty unit's frame is supported with leveling legs.
The True TGM-R-77-SC/SC-B-W full-service display case measures 77 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high. While its exterior features an aluminum cover and front panels with solid wood sides, the interior is constructed of steel. Ideal for most book cafe ambiances or modern bakery settings, it sports a black exterior and white interior. It ships with six PVC-coated wire shelves to harbor cold pastries, and its rear-placed sliding doors ease cabinet access. For visibility of stored products, it's fitted with a front-placed curved viewing glass.
