True Refrigeration STG1HRT89-1S-1S Description
The True STG1HRT89-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet stays between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit with two stainless steel heating elements and low-velocity fans. Its color-coded thermostat shows accurate temperature readings on the outside. Humidity levels can be controlled with a top vent and an included water pan. This unit is designed to hold warm cooked and baked food. It is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum and foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure.
The True STG1HRT89-1S-1S heated holding cabinet has a roll-thru design made possible with two stainless steel ramps. The internal walls are protected from cart and rack damage with bumpers. This unit has two doors with metal handles for comfort and bolt-style locks for protecting contents. There are six cam-lift hinges that enable the doors to close on their own and remain open past 120 degrees. Magnetic gaskets snap into the door frames to prevent warm air from escaping while incandescent lights brighten the interior.
