True Refrigeration STG1HRT-1S-1S Description
The True STG1HRT-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated holding cabinet has two stainless steel doors and ramps for rolling carts and racks through. This roll-thru design connects the front of the house to the back of the house. Its cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion and simplify cleaning. The walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation to retain warm air. The interior is brightened with incandescent lighting while bumpers line the walls to minimize the damage from racks and carts.
Designed to keep baked and cooked food warm, this True STG1HRT-1S-1S one-section roll-thru heated cabinet maintains 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It has two stainless steel heating elements that generate heat and low-velocity fans to distribute warm air. Humidity levels can be controlled with a manually adjustable vent and a water pan is included if additional humidity is required. The durable doors have metal handles to facilitate opening and cam-lift hinges that enable them to be left open past 120 degrees, closing on their own under 120 degrees.
