True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-W-W 59 1/4" Full Service Dual Zone Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass - (4) Levels, 115v

The True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-W-W dual-zone bakery case is made of aluminum and steel to withstand constant use while white powder coats the interior and exterior, adding strength and corrosion resistance. A heavy-duty frame rail helps hold parts steady, and leg levelers can accommodate uneven floors. Sides surrounding the product are tempered glass, and a curved front and LED lights increase visibility. Product can be quickly accessed through the sliding glass doors on the back. For full access, the front glass can be raised.

The True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-W-W dual-zone display case has two sections—one for dry baked goods and one for chilled desserts. To keep cold temperatures, capillary tubes control the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, resulting in temperatures that can be set from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Electronic controls and a reversing fan in the unit keep the condensing coils dust free, and the condenser slides out when maintenance is needed.
