Customers can stand close to the unit and still see the products through its curved front while six white, PVC-coated shelves on the inside support baked goods. These shelves can be raised or lowered to fit various products. From the back, staff members can slide open the rear doors and quickly serve customers, while the front lifts up for cleaning and rearranging food.

The True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-B-W dual-zone display case is divided into two sections—regular and refrigerated—as the refrigerated system keeps contents from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent desserts with chocolate or whipped cream from melting. It keeps cool by running R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through capillary tubes and retains cold air with polyurethane insulation. To ensure smooth operation, a reversing fan helps circulate air and clean dirt off the condenser coils. Fitting into most themes, this unit has a black-coated exterior and contrasting white interior.
