With a glass front and sides, the True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-S-S dual-zone bakery case shows off baked goods on three sides. Curved glass makes up the front, enabling customers to lean over and see items on the shelves because there is not a horizontal bar blocking their view. Chrome-plated shelves are adjustable and able to fit a variety of foods. LED lighting shines on the foods and helps keep products on the lower shelves visible as staff can see and grab products using the rear sliding doors.

The True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-S-S dual-zone display case has a durable, stainless steel construction, offering scrape and dent resistance. A steel frame rail helps support the structure, and polyurethane insulation is foamed in the cabinet for rigidity. This cabinet offers Both room-temperature and cool-temperature spaces are offered, and the cool section helps keep sweets fresh with a temperature ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature is set with electronic controls, and the condenser slides out for cleaning and servicing.
