True Refrigeration TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-S-W Description
With glass on all sides, the True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-S-W dual-zone bakery case displays contents, and the front glass is curved, without horizontal bars dividing the space, so customers can see products up close. See-through rear doors enable employees to see food before grabbing it while six adjustable, PVS-coated shelves support goods. To enhance visibility, LED lights shine on the shelves, and when cleaning or arranging food, employees can lift the front glass panel for full access.
The True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-S-W dual-zone display case has a stainless steel exterior that can withstand consistent use. While polyurethane foam in the unit prevents sagging, its steel frame rail prevents bending, and the interior is a white-coated steel to resist scratches and corrosion. Half the case holds room-temperature food, and the other half holds food at 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A reversing fan helps keep the condensing coils dust free, and for servicing and cleaning, the condenser slides out.
