True Refrigeration TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-B-W Description
To resist dents and scratches, the True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-B-W dual-zone bakery display case has a black powder-coated exterior and a white powder-coated interior. This unit has a reinforced structure and retains cold temperatures because polyurethane insulation is foamed in the walls. Corrosion is resisted with its steel frame rail and leg levelers keep the unit balanced. Its side panels and curved front, which lifts open to aid cleaning, are made of tempered, single-pane glass.
This display case is a dual-zone unit, which means that one side is dry and the other side is refrigerated. The refrigerated side stays at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degree Fahrenheit, while a self-contained capillary tube system controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Reversing condenser fan motors clean the coils and ensure the system works properly. When servicing, its condensing unit slides out for convenient access.
Two rear sliding glass doors in this True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-B-W dual-zone display merchandiser provide access from the back to aid in product storage. Both doors ride on a stainless steel channel with bearings, and their 12-inch-long aluminum handles open to reveal an LED-lit interior with six PVC-coated shelves, which can each support 150 pounds of product.
