True Refrigeration TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-S-S Description
The True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-S-S dual-zone bakery case has a curved glass front, so customers can lean over it and peer inside, and its sides are also glass to provide sight on the left and right. For visibility, LED lighting brightens product on the six chrome-plated shelves, which can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of products. Its interior can be accessed from the sliding doors on the back, or by lifting the glass panel on the front.
The True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-S-S dual-zone display case has a dry side and refrigerated side, with the refrigerated side ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Dense insulation helps ensure cool temperatures, and maintenance is simplified because all the cooling parts are together. Its condenser can be reached by sliding it out, and for durability, the unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior and a heavy-duty frame rail.
