True Refrigeration T-19-HC Description
The True T-19-HC single-section reach-in refrigerator has three PVC-coated wire shelves that enable air circulation around products. These shelves are adjustable to accommodate a variety of items. LED lighting brightens the interior, which is lined with clear-coated aluminum, and the hinged door on the left side has a comfortable 12-inch handle. Since this handle is recessed, it does not take up valuable aisle space. The door self-closes to keep cold air inside the cabinet.
An exterior display on the True T-19-HC one-section reach-in refrigerator helps users keep up with internal temperatures, which range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A condensing unit is mounted in the bottom, meaning it runs in the coolest area of the kitchen and takes strain off the unit to reduce energy consumption. Establishments that work with large amounts of flour may want to consider a refrigerator with a top-mounted system that will not suck in debris. To help increase the condensing coil's lifespan, the unit uses a reverse condensing fan motor, which blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when the unit is turned on. This feature helps eliminate collection of dust and debris, keeping the coil clean over time. Even with this tool,l users should continue to implement general maintenance for the coil.
