The True T-19G-HC~FGD01 one-section refrigerator is designed with a dent- and scratch-resistant stainless steel front to ensure longevity in high-volume operations. Its interior is equipped with three adjustable, PVC-coated shelves and brightened with LED lighting to improve visibility. To ensure cold air remains in the cabinet, this unit features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation as well as a double-paned, thermal glass door.
Enabling operators to wheel it away for service or cleaning, the True T-19G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator is positioned on 2 1⁄2-inch castors. It features a one-piece, magnetic door gasket that can be removed for cleaning, and its clear-coated aluminum interior provides excellent defense against corrosion. Using a self-contained capillary system and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, this unit holds product at temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the compressor is turned on in this unit, its fan motor blows in the opposite direction for 20 seconds, helping eliminate dust buildup on the condensing coil. Removal of dirt and dust can improve the coil's function, keeping products cool and efficiently operating for longer periods. Users should still engage in preventative maintenance to ensure all sections of the unit are working properly.
