True Refrigeration STG3R-3S-HC Description
The True STG3R-3S-HC Spec Series® three-section reach-in refrigerator includes nine shelves for the cabinet that are made of wire to promote uniform air circulation. These shelves have a durable PVC coating that resists corrosion. Visibility in the cabinet is provided by LED lighting, and the unit's aluminum and stainless steel construction has durability to withstand high-volume use. The three doors are solid and made of stainless steel, which does not offer visibility like glass but releases less cold air. The doors prevent cold air from leaking out rapidly with their self-closing design. For convenient cabinet stocking, the doors also have a stay-open feature that works past 120 degrees.
Airflow is moved consistently in the True STG3R-3S-HC three-section reach-in refrigerator with fans, and their motors are electronically commutated to reduce heat production and energy consumption. The unit can be set to operate from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust the temperature with the electronic controller and monitor it on the external display. Since the refrigeration system is mounted in the top of the unit, it is separated from debris on the kitchen floor.
