The Vitamix Commercial 62827 blender is a versatile prep tool that is capable of blending, chopping, puréeing, and grinding different types of food. Included with the blender is a 64-ounce container that is made of clear, impact-resistant Tritan™ plastic. The variable speed control enables users to set the precise speed they need to prep anything from coarsely-chopped salsa to smooth soups and sauces.
This high-horsepower motor can make quick work of thick mixtures, and its included tamper lets users push dense foods towards the blade or remove air bubbles. Measuring 8 inches long by 9 inches deep, the Vitamix 62827 food blender takes up little space on the countertop.
