To help chef's measure out precise amounts of ingredients, the blender's polycarbonate container is marked with measurements in both ounces and milliliters. Preventing leaks during operation, the container comes with a leak-resistant lid.
The Hamilton Beach HBF600 countertop food blender has a powerful 3-horsepower motor to handle tough ingredients without overheating. If the motor is in danger of overheating after back-to-back batches, it will sound an alert, and for safe operation, the motor won't start running until it senses that the jar is firmly secured.
