The proper mixing tin for Hamilton Beach Commercial Mixer

While I was searching for additional mixing tins for my new Hamilton Beach Commercial drink mixer, I saw many comments on various retailer sites where people said they were getting the wrong size mixing cup. I new I could trust Katom to get it right!! This is the exact same mixing tin that comes with the Hamilton Beach mixer. Katom has the best price on the internet for these!

Don't waste your money!

We bought this mixer 2 weeks ago. What a waste of money. It is listed as being chrome. It is plastic with silver paint. The holders for the cups to sit in are plastic, very weak. The shake stirrer is less than an inch long and keeps falling into the mix. Would never, ever recommend this product. Very deceptive!!!

Convenient

Have seen these in hotel rooms (sometimes in cabinets) so I bought on for my husbands bar cabinet thinking it would be ok inside a cabinet, however the instructions say otherwise.The dimenetions do not take into consideration the power cord so add another inch or so for that in the depth. In the process of cutting the back panel off the cabinet to accommodate, hope that does the trick.

Great machine for shakes, omelettes, and whipped cream

I've always wanted one...now "Is Gots One" and loving it. I do the peanut butter and Hershey's chocolate milkshake. Been doing that for decades - but this thing is so easy peasy to use and clean up. I also put my eggs in there to fluff up for great omelettes like the restaurant I used to work at as a kid. I also just had to make some whipped cream - high speed is high speed :>) Stoutly built...I'll have this thing for quite some time I'm sure.

I would buy this product again from KaTom

We are using this coffee urn at our Horse Farm and Kids Camp. It is a good size for our larger groups and was exactly as expected. It also came in a timely fashion.

Doen't work!!! and Lack of support!!!

Product arrived and did not work as for the blade spinner does not stay in and would come flying out and is a HUGE safety issue, When called Katom they referred me to Hamilton Beach the manufacture. Whom I have called six times and no call back. Can't even figure out who to return it to for a refund. Very disappointed with the lack of support and product that does not work properly. Rating should be none!!!

Very Good Coffee Urn

We are very pleased with the Hamilton Beach coffee urn. It is really too large (60 cups) for regular use, but for a party, it is great. Looks nice, works well. The urn was delivered quickly, was well packaged, and we are delighted with the urn and the company's service.

7qt mixer

This is my 3rd mixer. The first one was 37 years ago and it was great for 30 years. The second one did not last as long only about 6 years. I didn't replace it for 1 year because I also have a 37qt Hobart. My husband purchased this one for me for Christmas 2011 and I have used it almost every day since Christmas. They are great mixers and I love the bowl size. I wish there were someone in our area to service these mixers. I still have the broken one and would like to get it repaired.

less than2 weeks of use and crashed

Less than 2 weeks of use and the fitting container is broken, not the motor or the cutter, just the fitting. Not recommended at all!

Not the greatest juicer in the world

I work at a breakfast restaurant and we fresh squeeze orange and grapefruit every day. Not only is this machine extremely messy, but we aren't getting our maximum juice from it! We are getting literally half of what we got out of our last juicer. I am in contact with Hamilton Beach right now about how dissatisfied I am. Our last juicer lasted us more than 3 years but replacement parts were so expensive, when this model was suggested to us I jumped at the chance. It ended up being a big mistake and now our cost on our juice is thru the roof! I would not recomend this to anybody who juices in mass quantities. Isn't that what a commercial juicer should do?

Satisfaction in price and performance

Unlike one of the top brands in the market, it doesn't require a piece of device called tamper for stirring the ingredients while in process. The wave action system works well in process. This 64 oz Poly-carbonate Tempest Blender Container, not only does well for commercial use but very well for home use too.

Well designed, very well made.

Choosing an item from this most reputable and knowledgeable dealers list makes it an even better choice.

Getting one for the house

I have used this professionally at McCormick and Schmick's for a number of years. Now, even though I don't bartend anymore, this remains a great item for creating the best juice based cocktails on the planet. Nothing beats a fresh squeezed margarita or mojito... Product is also very durable and overall easy to maintain.

Great, durable blender

Excellent for crushing ice--does not bog down, blade holds up to any use. Also does an outstanding job of mixing/blending (milkshakes, fruit drinks). Not quite the stamina of the old model 908 it replaced (860 watts), but it seems to be up to the job.

A Little Sluggish

Probably good for light kitchen use. We use it to mix oils and other ingredients in the manufacture of skin care products. Good, sturdy construction and simple, usable design. Speed is less than expected for a pricey commercial unit.

Fresh juice quick/easy clean up

Unit juices limes, lemons, tangerines, oranges and grapefruits easily and quickly. Clean up is fast so this won't end up as an expensive dust collector. Fresh juice really tastes great. The grapefruit size factor is easily solved by buying grapefruits the size of large oranges. If the press diameter was slightly larger, this would not be a consideration. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. It's sturdy and smooth operating. Very satisfied with the utility of the juicer. Happy I bought one.

Not like they used to be.

I have used this model for years until I replaced it with the same "new model". I use it regurlarly for frozen drinks. Something about the shape of the new blades at the bottom, now trap the ice and make it very hard to get a smooth drink.... I guess they don't make them like they used to...
